We have been searching for a fair and reputable company to help us remove a jacuzzi tub and replace with a walk in shower so we could take care of our disabled son in a healthy and safe way. Crew Pros was exceptionally kind, very quick to respond, and incredibly fair with an affordable price. We have been struggling with trying to start this remodel for 2 years, as my son’s insurance would only assist with installing an insert, which we felt was not a safe option for our son. From the first phone call to Crew Pros, Phillip was incredibly attentive and truly respected our urgent need. Their estimate was thorough and incredibly detailed and they were extremely accommodating to help us work out how we could complete the project. While I cannot remember every name of every person who worked on our bathroom, I can honestly say that each and every person who showed up, from demo to carpentry, to sheetrock, to plumbing, to tile, to trim, to electrical, to glass, and anyone else, was kind, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented in his craft. Not only was every part of the job performed flawlessly, but each and every person made sure to keep all work areas amazingly clean. We must take a lot of additional precautions with our son and every member of the Crew Pros team worked really hard to prevent as much disruption to our lives as possible. Our Project Manager, Patrick, went above and beyond from day one to be hands on, to communicate throughout the entire job, to keep every part of the job moving in an efficient and thorough way, and, most importantly, to genuinely communicate with us to see what we needed. In addition, the office personnel were always kind and understanding and so supportive. To Phillip, Patrick, and the rest of the crew at Crew Pros, we cannot thank you enough. You did not just remodel a bathroom for us. You helped us create a safe and healthy environment for our son in a smooth and stress free way. I will always contact Crew Pros for any work we need on our home and I would highly recommend this amazing group of people to anyone and everyone needing any job in a home.
